After re-installing windows, I am experiencing very very low in and out as shown below.

his might be happening to me? I know downloading things and uploading info would change this, but as I only have css running, this can not be it.

Windows has already downloaded all of the updates and the service pack, so I have no idea what can cause this.

I am running win7 64bit ultimate
on a wireless connection (don't knock it, before reinstall my latency would be 20-35 tops)

Can anyone explain why this might be happening?

have you made any tweaks to your windows and/or in game net settings before you re-installed?

i made alterations and lowered my ping by about 20 and forgot, so when i re-installed i was like WTF when my ping was ballooning everywhere.

I changed everything in my config, absolutely everything, however I am running the same config as before, so can't be that. copied pasted across.

are you sure it's being executed? sometimes for some reason my autoexec does not execute. source is awesome like that :/

Network card drivers or something ? No idea, probaly forgot to inject your hacks.

I don't know, how can I check if its being executed??

alter a setting in your autoexec that you'd recognise has changed. like net_graph being changed from 1 to 0 or 0 to 1. something easy to spot. if nothings changed, it's not being executed.
