My team is looking for a new server. A realy good one. Anyone got recommendations?
Pref uk based.
We had RTL ( not bad, but not awesome either), verygames (only the cheap ones, not great) and ycn-hosting.
We are willing to spend like +- 40quid a month.

In my opinion spending around £40 a month solely for a server is madness. You can still find high quality servers around the £10-20 price range.
Do you just want a server on its own? Or do you want an all inclusive with VOIP and hosting etc.
I used to run a dedigames pro xtrem and they aren't worth it, go for a ************** server, cheap and great reg.
Ive had alot of issues with gameplayservers in the past.
I can recommend Killercreation servers though. Always been awesome.
never had an issue with RTL at all. Always top quality in all areas. Lee is always around to help if needed. They are about 17 pounds i think, so well worth the money.
use the counter-strike.com website if you want a decent server but there pricey
IMO, avoid Multiplay and RTL. Had trouble with both.
Multiplay are just terrible servers and support imo.
RTL's servers are good WHEN they decide to work. I had non stop problems with them and their support is good whenever they decide to help you.
Verygames are good servers, well from my experience, easy to set up and support is fine for me.
verygames are the best from my experience which is about the same as harveys xD cause his was on the servers that bought at RTL and multiplay
Verygames eXtreme Pro Dedicated servers are great. Around £40 a month with 40 slot mumble and you can add an option which allows you to change server location to France or Germany within minutes. Very very good reg and great pings.

had RTL and a bunch of others in the past.
We have our verygames box hosted in france so that if we play EU teams etc we all get decent ping.
Also the french based ones run off a 2 GBPS backbone rather than the 1 gbps backbones on the other dedi's.
