Anyone knows program that can take SS and record during game ,record desktop etc. like fraps?

That's outdated compared to the recent updates where you just have to:
Ingame > playdemo demo > Host_framerate 120 (can be changed according to preference) > startmovie name h264 > then it automatically records as a .mp4 (need to install quicktime then restart your computer if an error in console shows up) then its in your cstrike.

I have fraps cracked and i had options to record desktop.After month that option disapeared and when i reinstall fraps again,same thing,option disapeared...
I need program that can record in game(CSS) and desktop(for some tutorials),but i cannot find similiar like fraps ,easy to use...
