Sounds great, instead of just random 5on5 leagues where there are so many inactive teams, maybe a yearly league like Premier League. Even though there are already leagues running with divisions 4 times a year, the divisions are reset every new season so teams are not really progressing. There should be more motivation to get teams active and competitive.
If there que16 for pro 8 teams per division for the rest. I think it's possible. It just takes a little maturity.

I do like the sound of season running longer, but problems of teams becoming inactive gets annoying. And happened enough times last season and that was only a few weeks
I say it should be a huge league, every season like winter, autumn etc the divisions should be updated, so each team will be playing for spots constantly throughout the year. I reckon 1 admin could handle 2 divisions at a time to review demos etc. Maybe even a little team fee to join the league for a year to make sure teams are serious about the competition and dedication that is required so time isn't wasted.
