We accepted a CSS ladder challenge for tonight against a team who still have 4 players on their roster that reside in 'wait' mode until tomorrow afternoon before they can play. If we agree they play tonight, will that affect Libra or anything else? Can we play this match?
As long as you and your team agree and make it clear that they can use non-greenticked players I'm sure it would be fine, it wouldn't affect libra providing everyone uses it.
Taken from the rules - "Regardless of any agreements between teams/players. You must have ALL 'Green Ticked' players playing during the match. However this must be brought up before a match starts or this rule becomes void."
