Erm it isn't a gui just editing the deathnotices on the game.

You can download a gui or just change deathnotices.

Cstrike > Resource > ClientScheme.Res (Open with notepad or wordpad)

CTRL + F > "DeathNoticeText" > change the tall and weight values.

This will vary depending on the resolution you use ingame... My tall is set to 21 and weigh 1000, I am on 800 x 600
