I've got a lot of respect for organisations willing to take on new teams of players who have at least some experience. Having been given that opportunity in the past, it honestly means a lot. Dazzy was brilliant at that sort of thing. Most players wouldn't be where they are now without that kind of support.

Im always willing to take on new teams to help them springboard on where they need to be - i believe it to be a good investment when it comes good, alot of the problem i find with teams is when results dont go their way they disband, i was willing to take this team on as they seemed they knew what they were doing but then going on their page there wasnt a team there, even with new teams its the same problem they r good for few results when they lose or keep changing roster's then the leaders dont wanna know and tend to back away - i will always help out leaders of teams in my org if they ever get stuck.

achievemets will get there eventually its the risk that is more worth taking on teams
