re-install cs:s create some backups files and go go go! I'm sure there is simply a command to enable it again but I'm unsure right now :)

Delete the resource and scripts folder from;
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/<YOURSTEAMNAME>/counter-strike source/cstrike

that doesn't helps i tried it , it's probabably just a bug in my clientscheme.res or somethign but i just need to find that command

Do what phant said and check integrity of files using steam.

Otherwise go into the client scheme and look for background colours and check for either x x x 0 or a transparent colour code.

i think you are going to have to delete your CSS folder completely and do a fresh install. Then gradually add your personal touches back :)

it's SOLVED guys (: i've putted in a h0lmGUI and i removed some days later and it's fixed :)
