So at the moment we have a core 3 that have been playing together for over a year now, great chemistry and great attitudes towards where we want to go on this game. Here are some requirements:
-16+ years of age
-Fluent in English
-1000 hours on the game or more
-Eagle rank on mm or higher (we are eagle or the one above it)
-Willing to buy ESEA so we can join the open ladder
-You are a winner and want to win titles as an amateur team in leagues such as gameface, esea and more.
-Have a great attitude when it comes to not giving up on a game even if it's 15-3, we try out best till the LAST minute.
-Communication needs to be very good and listening skills need to be good also. I don't want a MUTE that doesn't feed me with information from what he is seeing.
-Through the summer we will be playing hours and hours on end every day so we would like someone that is free A LOT in summer and even when it comes to post summer we will still practice 4 nights a week. Needless to say being active is a big part of joining this team.
-Not scared to sit on a server dry running strats and talking about smokes for hours on end without crying about it and getting bored. (this won't have to be done that often but the note still applies.)
What you should expect from us:
-Ages are 16 (Sweden) 21 (England) 18 (England)
-Active every single day and ready to play hours on end every day so we can improve and be the best we can be.
-Players with good attitudes and are not scared to lose games, every game we will take something from and we want the whole team to share this philosophy.
-Our immediate goals as a team are to be a consistent team on gameface and esea steadily climbing the ranks.
