My name is Tom
16 year old (in less then a month 17).
Native dutch speaker, but capable of speaking fluent English.
I have a good working microphone.
Good knowledge of the game and strats.

I have over 1500 hours of css experience and currently and currently 276 hours of csgo experience. I used to play some mix wars on css on mid+ skill level and currently Gold Nova 2 on csgo.

Usually having pretty easy games in Gold Nova 2 and I believe I could at least be Master Guardian or higher.
I'm getting tired of losing solo queue games due to unskilled, rank boosted players or people that just don't want to listen and follow strats from a more experienced player.
I usually once or twice a week play a few premade games with some friends of Master Guardian rank or higher facing a full Master Guardian team, which I most times come out with pretty good scores with often kd of 1.5 or higher. My friends always say I should stop playing solo queue and just only do premade games, so that I won't be stuck in Gold Nova anymore, but by doing that I would have to play casual a lot and I just hate that.

Because of all that, I'm looking for a matchmaking group/team that has players either in same scenario or just players of Master Guardian skill level.

I'm currently not really specialized in a certain role to fit into a team, but in soloq I can usually make the right calls at the right time and run some good strats. I'm good on playing with awp, fast trigger when seeing an enemy, possibility of quickscoping when requiring a fast response and some noscoping when really needed. I would also be able to be a rifler, but I think actually that I'm better on playing with the awp instead of rifle. Personally I would say I can fit in a team as an awper or strat caller, but as I said I'm currently not really specialized in a certain role, so I can adapt pretty easily and go take a lot of practice on the role to try and specialize on it.

I'm currently not in a hurry to find a team, cause I'm on vacation and unable to play for 2 and a half weeks, but if you are interested in having me on your team, add me on steam asap and we can have a chat sometimes to see whether I suit the team and the team suits me.

Note: I'm not able to play in evenings, which yet has seemed to be quite a problem when searching for a team. I'm able to play almost every afternoon till 5.30 pm (UTC +1) starting from a variety of timestamps depending on my school schedule. I can however sometimes play some casual or aim practice in the evening, but no competitive plays.
