I will keep this compact and as brief as possible.

• The ultimate goal for us is to achieve a dedicated group of players who share the same ambition and drive we do; be successful in leagues and attend LAN's. In doing this, we are going to need the below criteria from you:

1) The most important point and the one that will be the difference between an average team and a good one; is activeness and commitment. Both me and Smugz will be commited to practice and scrims, we expect you to be the same.

2) Experience; and by this, I don't mean LEM on MM... I mean 1.6 or Source experience. I want people who have played in leagues and shown a level of ability.

3) Communication and banter - we need to click as a group of friends, or we will fail before we start. Whenever you interview or get interviewed for a job, the key question is " can I spend 30 minutes with this guy in a pub with a pint ". If the answers no, 9/10 the person isn't right... And that's the stance we are taking.

The rest is up to you. We're not worried about age, location or your day jobs. If you have the above and share the same passion for the game and end goal, you are right for us.

About us, we both have over 10 years experience, 6 of that playing together in tourneys and leagues. We have attended many LANs in the golden era (1.6) and look to attend more. We have financial support from our jobs, so we will fund all capex and opex costs.

I'm Gloxiak, and as I've read your topic, i've found out your team looks like that, what for i'm looking long time ago. I'm 16, and as I've read your criterias, the main problem is the experience. You mentoined 1.6 or Source exp. I don't have any of them, because I'm was kinda youngster when those games were populated, but I've played both of them.(as i remember 1.6 near 2005, and later source) I never been in a competetive team really, the only was is when I've played in the CoD:Ghosts ANADROX MULTIGAMING squad, but that game so annoying, and bad.. I've been in the ESL COD:Ghosts Hungary Team, but since that game was sucker, I decided to not play, i was the extra person in the team. I'm playing with CSGO since around 2012 november. I never had this activeness what i'm nowdays feel about the CSGO. I love it, and I don't mind just playing "casual". I want a good team, and I wanna be the best. Just today as practice I've played like 4-5 hours on AIM maps, so yah.. I never been on any LAN events, there's like 1 or 2 in Hungary per year, but I'm not sure those are the real LAN events. I wanna attend on a real European lan event, and wanna show to the world what can a young hungarian person do.. :)
