Universal Gaming League

Hello guys,

I want to create a community of players that would like to play advanced matchmaking. This basicly means that you will be playing with good communication and strats. You would be playing like an esports team but without a defined roster of players. You would have almost no obligations and you can play whenever you want. There would be just a few requirements and those are neccesary in order to play this type of matchmaking.

Who I am:
My name is Tom. I'm 17 years old. I live in the Netherlands. I have a good mic and I can communicate very well in English in order to have good communication with the team. I'm a serious player, looking to get better at csgo by playing as a team. My goal is to play some advanced MM with other serious players which means we will be playing with strats, smoke and flash spots, setups and the specific roles in normal MM. I'm currently ranked at MG2 by playing soloq MM (have been MGE) and I'm quite sure that playing with a team would help to improve my skills and would make MM a lot more fun.

How I like to play:
I'm currently mainly playing the AWPer role cause I like it very much and it's my best role. I like to play very aggresive with the awp and teek very offensive peeks, for example: banana on ct side inferno; A main on ct side cache; etcetera. If I get a pick this way or I miss my shot I fall back into a defensive spot to cover the team and protect the bombsite. I usually like it if I have a support backing me up by pop flashing into this offensive peek spot so that in case the enemy is there I get a free shot. In case there is no money for an awp I can play decently on the rifle. I do control my sprays in most cases except when I panic out for example when 3 guys rush into my face (something to work on maybe).

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for players that want to play in a serious team with good communication. Communication is key to victory so everyone needs to be able to speak the english language fluently and needs to have a decent microphone. We want to be playing advanced matchmaking which means that I expect from the players that they are willing to practice setups and smoke spots in order to execute more advanced strats then strats from soloq mm.
I'm looking for players that want to fit the roles of In-game leader; entry fragger; support; lurker or awper.
We would be mostly playing with an In-game leader, 1 entry fragger, 1 awper, 2 supports / 1 support & 1 lurker.
I want players that know their roles and the specific calls they should make when playing that role and most important their playstyles.
I want the players to be able to use Skype or Teamspeak in order to communicate.
Would prefer players from Europe to keep the ping low for all players.

When would we play:
Anytime!
When you want to play with a couple of guys just check the group page and group chat room in order to see whether there are players online that you can play with. We will have 5 "discussion topics", one for every role, where you can find people that can fit that specific role so you can create your own team for some MM. If you see that one of the players of a certain role is online then dont hesitate to ask him/her whether he/she wants to join or not. We would be mainly using the group chat room for meeting up and finding teammates to play with.

If you like the idea of this community then be sure to join and tell others about it. We want serious players with game knowledge that are capable of playing on a specific role. The steam group is public so anyone is allowed to join. There will be a topic where you can report players from the group that are not playing the way they should in this advanced matchmaking so that we can keep the community clean.

I'm starting this community today so there are no members yet, but if you like this idea of playing advanced matchmaking then dont hesitate to join the steam group and hopefully many more will follow. When you have joined the group please post your steam link in the topic(s) of the roles that you want to play. This way people can easily find you in these topics. Please post the link to your profile and not your name as people often change there steam names.

Be sure to join the group chat room whenever you want to play so that you can meet up with others who want to play.
