We are a serious and dedicated team, and we are looking for the best players possible to join our lineup, we are missing an IGL and AWP. Also, we have invites to the facebook group with all the pro/semi-pro teams for practice.

These are the requirements:
from Europe
able to take criticism
able to attend LAN Events
able to practice at least 4 times per week (4-5hours per practice)
well mannered and mature (no flaming and whining while playing)
experienced (played 1.6/CSS, played in teams, been to a lan event)
