Hi, Excelling Esports Europe Division looking for 1 teammate here.
We've been playing for a couple months now (4 or 5), but because our fifth player isn't online as much as the rest, we decided to have him in our back up slot and get another fifth.
We're a solid team that won't split up anytime soon, and could still happily play on with the current 5. Its just not ideal. (With the current setup we're very limited, because we could barely play any cups and so on)
We're looking for a player that would be up to the task to replace [R]4WRCH1CK3N, may I say that this won't be easy as we're not looking for a downgrade. 2 Most important things for us in replacing Ch1cken would be for you to have good game sense and be a calm, levelheaded guy.

About us:

- Wanting to improve as a team and go through tactics
- We 'normally' play monday - thursday, 6/7 - 10 CET, Saturday/Sunday CUPS when we can!
- Good communitaction
- We are all 18+
- Skill: High (Team) (IRC Games, Private FB group)
- We already have a IGL and 1 awper, and [R]4WRCH1CK3N is an awper aswell.
- We're a mix of players from Europe, we have 2 dutch players, one slovenian and a guy from Greece and one from the UK
- Our first and foremost goals are to compete, get better, and have fun.
- If we have good results we may go to LAN
What we expect from you:
- Rifler
- Able to communicate
- Listen to calls
- Smart player
- Speak english to a high standard(!!)
- Be atleast 18 years old
- Online at the times that we are
- Willing to improve as a team, learn tactics, smokes and contribute to strats
- Have atleast 1k playtime in CSGO, and have experience playing in a competitive environment in CSGO(!)
- Practice your aim and game for a couple hours a week, in short, be motivated
If you don't meet the requirements above, lets not waste each others time.(!!)
