Hi guys, as the title says I'm now looking for a more serious team meaning I'm looking to have a solid team, getting results in different cups that takes things serious while also having fun.
This also means I'd like to have no form of whine and flame from any of the players since everyone can either have a bad day or just simply play bad from a position, therefore my main goal is to develop as much as possible.
I'm looking for players who can take losses against worse players, as long as we improve our mistakes, and then rising up again, fixing the mistakes and hopefully winning the games needed and getting some good results in both online plays, aswell as offline.
As my team history isn't very big, I'm very unexperienced in teams, therefore I'd like you guys to lead the way, since I believe there is alot of potential in me.
With that out of my mind I'd to write a little info about me.
Age: 15, I can adapt my seriousness aswell as humour depending on what suits you (most).
Position: Rifler, Same thing here, I can adapt if you'd need me as a entry-fragger I'd like you to be very self-confident and have good support players that can set-up for a good entry since I rely on my aim alot.
Location: Sweden, I'd preferrably play with Swedish players, but of course, I speak English fluently and therefore is it possible for me to play with international players, the only problem being the lans, meaning we'd have to go to bigger lans making it worth.
Also, I can add that I'm half romanian, meaning I can also speak romanian, decent, so any teams from romania is also accepted.
Rank/Skill: I've currently been Global for around 1/2 months, but I can't go lower than Supreme. On, possible, the worst days I'd be down, aimwise, at around LEM.
Expectations:
A team that practices regularly after when the players can (I have football and school).
Experienced players, and or, an IGL who knows what he is doing and very self-confident meaning that they/he can set me up for a position according to my playstyle, while he and the rest of the team is showing a good environment making it fun to play.
Of course I'd like the team to be atleast the same skill as I am. Meaning that you should be around Supreme.
I'm a really nice guy, and I'm always trying to keep a good environment while playing, if you've got anything against me, just say it right out and I'll try changing it as soon as possible. But if you're lying, and then backstabbing, that's when things go wrong, and my temper can get a little out of control.
Other than that I'm trying to remain calm in pressured situations and playing smart.
