Heres some background on me as a player:Competed in various different events in COD4 promod, Battlefield 3 racked up quite an achievements list in online events.I have competed in many different tournaments and succeeded, played under several gaming structures and organisations, have represented multiple sponsored teams and companies.
Currently i am in contact with some high quality organisations in relation with this csgo roster.So be prepared as they will help us with funding etc and help the development of our team!
Description of my role in game and outside as an in game leader.When selecting players I, will take the time to get to know them and see if they can prove to be beneficial to the roster and our success.Seeing if they fit the piece or help to improve team synergy. Clear calls during rounds, taking the right procedure to counter the enemyextensive knowledge of strategies to counter certain styles of teams.Vast amount of tactics mid, round and an understanding of fakes.
To help with the success of our team demos will be recorded gameplays, mistakes, executions and fakes will be analysed and improved to help the development of the team.I will spend hours upon hours helping to evolve our team in strategies and tactics.
Regarding the current roster that is being formed, I am looking for some long term players who are interested in making a top contender from the bottom up.

With CS:GO Growing into a major industry and esports constantly growing, I am so keen on making a career out of gaming. I strongly feel with right the right team and approach we can easily do so. Its not impossible and clearly is being done right now.
