Hey,
I've been gifted the opportunity to create a team to represent Derailed, who have recently came back from a rather long hiatus. This is an organisation that has a good reputation in eSports and we have been offered a three month trial contract which will most likely end in an extension with us being dubbed either the main or second team. In order to complete this team, we require two more players to join our roster.

[b]HOURS OF PRACTICE (Unusual, I know)[/b]
Monday - 9:30PM - 11:30PM
Tuesday - 9:30PM - 11:30PM
Wednesday - 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Thursday - 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Friday - 8:30PM - Until we can't play (May be day off depending on plans)
Saturday - Free
Sunday - 7:30PM - 11:30PM
Do understand that these are the minimum hours of teamplay that we'd like to put in and if we are all availible then undoubtedly we will also be practicing.
[b]WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU[/b]
- One AWP Player
- One Rifler
- Secondary Caller
- Ability to LAN in the future
- Live in the UK (For the above purposes)
We are currently short of an AWP player who needs to be confident at helping us control the map and take picks as our primary AWP player. A secondary caller is also required of one of the two players who join up as I need another member of the team who can help me make important decisions, formulate strategies and contribute to plans. As a player you should be confident and have some level of experience as we do intend to play keen and keep a steady level of improvement.

- Succeed in UNGL Main/Pro League, ESL and possibly KGL Cups
- Enter as many cups and tournaments as possible
- Attend Epic.Ten as our first LAN as a team, or possibly I47
