We're currently looking for +2 to our team as our Swedish contingent has left the team in order to be in a team with people from there own country. This is far more practical but has left a gap in our team which requires filling, which is hopefully where you guys come in.
[b]WHAT WE NEED[/b]

We adhere to a philosophy that a group of players can't instantaneously come together and be great. Instead of looking for excuses or replacing players, we always look to evaluate, hone and improve instead which we hope is a far better method. In order for the team to be successful everybody needs to be in it for the long run and so being able to get along with everybody is important.

We tend to try and practice as much as we can even though the schedule is fairly different week to week, but you can always be assured that we'll have a minimum of four practice nights a week. Monday and Tuesday will generally be late starts (9PM) due to work commitments so we will use that time to dry run strategies, work on setups, team play and deal with any other issues. Wednesday-Friday will be 7PM onwards until around 11PM unless people can play even later. We will also usually play on the weekends if people aren't busy which is usually the case.
The most important thing with this team is that we want to be able to develop and we understand that won't happen over night. Therefore it is crucial that we have patient like minded individuals join us who want to be successful so we can all be in this for the long run.
We'll be looking to play in as many online leagues as possible in the run up to i48 which is our first goal, then we'll plan on where we'll go from there. If you think you're an able player who would fit the bill then contact me on Steam!
