speak DECENT english
mid skill (solid and consistent)
very active (praccs at least 4 days a week)
no quitters, ragers or wannabes
mature
organization, be stable
server and ts is a plus, although I can help with that

decent aim

motivated to learn and grow as a player
if, eventually, things go in the right way, I'll be able to LAN abroad Europe
Don't judge me on my playing hours, both CS:GO or CS:S, I've played much more when the hour counting was yet to be introduced at CS:S.
