Solid gamesense and consistent aim
Have a good headset and microphone, Don't be shy to communicate
Have a solid internet connection
Know when to be serious and when to have a laugh
Willing to dedicate yourself to the team to train, learn the strats and improve
MUST be from England as we look to lan in the future or, if not from UK, be able to attend LANS in UK (don't lie just to get in the team)
ESEA account is a plus
Be patient and don't quit if things don't go well at the beginning.
