We're currently looking for a fifth player as unfortunately we have had to accept that one of our players simply isn't committed enough in order to try and achieve the results the rest of us would like to. We have kept the same lineup for almost five months now and have been achieving our goals of steady improvement; in order to maximise our chances of success and reaching our potential we need to be playing regularly and that just wasn't possible with this individual.

The most important thing to me is that anybody who would like to be a part of our team has a positive attitude towards learning and growing as a team, as well as showing enough commitment that reflects the drive to become a great team. Anybody who adds me will trial for a few weeks to ensure that the team gels and that everybody will get along.

Our practice schedule is a little irregular due to working patterns but we still ensure that we get enough playing time. Mon/Tue we start at 9pm onwards, Wed/Thurs we start at 7pm onwards and on Sunday we try to start as early as possible. We are registered in pretty much every league going and it's a shame that this problem has confronted us now just when ESEA starts which we are all signed up and paid for.
Again, the most important thing to me is that as a team we want to be able to develop and we understand that won't happen over night. To me it's just a lot of trial and error, a lot of discussion and patience until things click into place. Anybody who would like to play with us needs to be a like minded individual so we can all be in this for the long run.
We were originally intending to attend both Epic.11 and the next Iseries but that looks unlikely now, we'll probably judge whether we'll attend either depending on how quickly the new player fits into the team and how beneficial it would be for us to attend.
