I'm currently looking for a CS:GO team, preferably from UK

I'm Latvian, 23 years old, currently living in London. Well I started off in CS 1.6, played that for about 6 years, but when CS 1.6 died I focused more on CS:GO.
My skill is mid and my weapon is rifle(more as support and not frager). I'm lan-able if the team is actually serious and decent enough. I'm quite active, as I work night shifts 3 days a week, I'm able to play from Sunday to Wednesday.
I'd prefer a team with tactics, determined and serious members but that at the same time can have a laugh together.
