*KEEN AND WANTING TO IMPROVE BOTH INDIVIDUALLY AND AS A TEAM (drive to improve individually is a must, don't be coming on cold and without practising all day and play bad and just brush it off as a 'bad game')
*GOOD COMMUNICATION (we want to know everything, calling your entire deathcam is a must, be confident that the opponent are commiting to your calls or even faking the cam)
*SOLID DECISION MAKING (don't just use X weapon in a spot where it's not suitable because you feel like it, or play the same peeks/spots/crossfires every round because it worked the previous round/game)
*HINDSIGHT & PATIENCE (if you're not willing to sit down and re-watch our games to fix issues, you're gonna have a bad time)
*DECENT SET-UP (we don't want you to be limited by your morphy richards e-machine or dial-up nuns-vag-band connection)
+2 RIFLERS (you must take initiative to communicate with the person(s) you are playing with to exploit or defend against the opponent's tendancies)
