prefer a UK team but don't really care as long as you're not going to be a 1 month wonder, hopefully I can find an already established team rather than a newly formed one but you get what you're given in the UK CS scene
if you're going to moan, argue, replace your players every other week & refuse to strat for more than 30 minutes before you start teamkilling each other, don't bother adding
