well, so I was until now always long time in teams, never for a short time. because i love to play a lot with same players/mates. I have league experience as well. Played with my Team in ESL German A-Series up to Premier Division Place 12 (Team KG.Clan & FIVE-KINGS).
I got a lot of time in the week, also weekends. I play every day ~5hrs, so i have much time for training.
I want a team with ambition, experience and discipline & Respect each other ( and that stays a long time together, play with teamplay, brain & game experience!), thats the Key to play serious and on high level!
