About Me: I'm Jd, I've played CS since 2009, I quit at the end of 2010 and only returned to the game 6 months ago, so I've had a long break. I'm 21(almost 22), I have a full time job and real life commitments, girlfriend etc. But can devote organized hours to the game, I am active and frequently on but the hours I play can be quite scattered and random. So an organized structure would work providing it isn't too extreme. I would say I'm solid mid skill, my experience means I read the game very well and my game sense is quite high but my aim let's me down so that's the area I'm working on the most at the moment(not to say it's awful, I just deem it the weakest area of my game). Obviously good communication is a standard.
Team Experience: On CSS I never played Casual from day one I was mixing so I got quite good, quite quickly , I was always playing above my skill and still holding my weight, I was only ever in one team called Ex5^ and when I quit the game I was (High Skill). I'd recently been in a team as the only English player, we parted ways on the basis they wanted me to be able to commit every Monday-Thursday, 7-10 GMT. I didn't have a problem with 4 days I can make it work but 4 days in a row of only playing CS and going to work, won't work for me!
Role/How I play: Depending on the map, I'm a strong entry fragger. I play well lurking in the sense I play off the map and the way the rest of the team are pushing. Predicting the movement and catching people out for easy picks. For example on Mirage if the team get a pick window and push short, you'll often see me try blast out connector to try catch the rotating A players and get into kitchen behind the B players. I'm defo at my best playing full on aggressive but playing slow isn't a problem. But 100% Rifler cannot AWP to save my life. (Literally).
What am I looking for?: A solid mid team, who are looking to grow together, compete, play ESEA/FACEIT etc. Ideally plan to LAN in the UK, play ladders, mix and generally improve.
I'm not looking for a team to just play MM by all means play for laughs, play to pracc. But I'm looking for a team with experience, roles, leadership, strats and ideas on moving forward, not a group of people who rate MM ranks or are focused on being promoted as a group (lol). Banters a big thing, obviously supposed to be mates, get on, have a laugh. Like everyone says, get serious when you need to and have a laugh when you can.
So yeah, Jd, MidSkill, looking for something serious, rifler, can also bring in an organization to the right team.
Add me on steam: JdDanHype and for the sake of interest my MM rank is Eagle.
