(If you're looking for a team to play MatchMaking with, this is the wrong post for you). Like wise if you can't be bothered to read this post, this team isn't for you.

Starting off obviously the idea of any team is to be the best but to be quite honest, the realistic aim is to be a competitive team within the UK scene, attend things such as EpicLAN and iSeries and get stuck in with the UK team community because obviously we all want this to be something that expands.

To give you a run down of the basic plan, Rome wasn't built in a day and we won't be either. To start off, we'll be playing MM just to learn how we each play, develop tactics in a ' less serious environment ' and get to know each other. From this we'll start getting basic pracc's, organizing best of three's with teams around our level, playing things like ESEA/ALTPUG and competing in FaceIT tournaments and build from there(Hopefully being ready and willing to go to the next iSeries as I feel EpicLAN will be too early).

What are we looking for? A couple of lad's, who want to get better, don't have ego's, have a relaxed attitude to the game but can be serious when they need to be. Strong personality, we don't want people who only talk when we're playing in-game, get to know each other, play MM outside of pracc hours etc and get stuck in. People who are willing to do everything necessary, go through tactics, rehearse, learn smokes/flashes etc. Needs to be someone who understands the process of a team being built and not judging individuals ability and understand the players will grow as the team grows. Not looking for people who rage, complain about members of the team or try to blame others, when we fuck up, it's on all of us and if people make a mistake, register it and show them a different approach after the game. We obviously want people that all have the ability to muck in, make suggestions, calls and not just expect one person to lead the fleet. - Being able to LAN is an absolute must.

What can you expect from us? Obviously all of the above that we require from you, the moment we have a solid 5 established I have an organization ready to back us. A chilled group, who just want to improve there team play, have four strong mates, who get on, have a laugh and want to turn there hobby into success,

- So Relaxed, solid Mid, can pay for ESEA/FaceIT, LAN is a must, from the UK, over the age of 18(preferably 21 but if mature not fussed) and can devote a reasonable amount of hours a week to praccing, although it won't be extreme(3NightsaWeekAgreedByAllOfUsEachWeek), everyone has jobs/gf/other commitments.

- I don't rate MM ranks and but I'm going to say MGE/Double AK is an absolute must.

The lineup, has actually already been completed. Obviously it's early days so stability is yet to be found. I'm always looking to expand the UK scene, so if you're the slightly lower bracket and just want to learn and get better. I do plan to create a B squad that can also work as subs for the A team.
