Other Information: We are looking for a new in game team leader that is around most days, knows strats for competitive maps, and is encouraging. We are looking for this type of leader because of we want to start playing in the competitive scene and one of our team members isn't cooperating enough with us. I am the current team leader but want to step down from the position to someone who is a better leader than me. Reasons i am stepping down is that i know all of the strats but explaining them and knowing when to use them is out of my reach and comfort zone.
