- No childish argueing/rage (especially mid-match).
- Good understanding of strats/tactics.
- Detailed Set Plays: site takes/retakes & the patience to execute them.
- Values good smoke use, pop-flashing teammates in, etc.
- Understanding of trade kills, crossfire, and exit frags.
- Always trying to improve & play their best...are chill enough to still have fun while doing so.

Have some other commitments at the moment, but am still playing CS:GO 4 or 5 nights a week.
