Actually he did use them in the correct manner. You can use them to symbolize a time shifting period or a questionable silence, awkward silence or just an general silence all together. Full stops don't mean just the end of a sentence. More than 1 full stop .. typically 3 or more is called an 'Ellipsis".
I am NOT sticking up for him, just pointing out you can use them for many things and in many different ways. :)

No.

However, it's gramatically incorrect to use 15 of them.
Anything more than 3 in an exam would make you lose marks. (trololo)

Using more than three full stops to signify a 'pause' or 'passage of time?' is wrong.
Also, Kyz has always played with that account, and does not have any other accounts.
I've known him for over a year now and he is a trustworthy person.
So if you don't have anything nice to say about Kyz Bully, just don't say it. Especially if it's not true.
