eKcel - the underdogs of the northren Europe are currently searching for a last scandinavian dude to the team. This menas we take in people from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark but not rest of Europe and Iceland (since they haz tiz humangus volcaNO!) We keep it simple!
This is you:
· 16++ years (We\'ve played with 13 year old kids that are more mature then any of the so called \"pros\" in the scene... But we prefer a older age)
· Mature (This includes respect towards team mates and opponents. eKcels golden rule is to unbind say and just bind words such as \"GL an HF, \"Good Half\" and \"Good Game!\". You are also very mannered and dont whine as if it was your life at stake. You can accept a win - but you can also love a loss)
· Active (When I say active - its 5-6 hours from Sunday to Tuesday - this might change to higher times or lower. If you have any life at all - dont bother contact!)
· Dedication (Show us the pure 100% dedication skills. You love the game, claning and of course - the eSport. If we waste aporx. 25 hours a week - we want to become good and make a diffrence of the \"free time\" we have. I hope you will understand!)
· WICKED Insane Player (The last needs to be a AK-47 and M4A1 Colt player that has insane spray, duttdutt and aim technique. But thats not all! Signs of IQ, game sense, communcation and of course team play. If CSS would have been a 1on1 game we would all love Quake Live by now!)
· LANable (If your good at the Internet - you are good at a LAN and/or a bootcamp)
· ENGLISH please (Yes - you are a perfect mate of the english language! We dont want anyone using google translate...)
· Loyal (The words say more then a thousand words)
· Misc (you are serious, got amition for the game and can take responsibility like mentioned. You act professional in every way and in every situation, you can take constructive critics and develope more and more)
Side note: We want to see past teams and achivements as well as we want to see you have playing this game more then 1.5 years in a serious and professional level.
We are/give/is:
· 4 kick asses (2 Swedes, 1 Dane, 1 Norwegian - 3 rifflers and 1 AWPer. We know how to play together and we play very systematical with tactics. We promise you a gaming experience like never before. We have played CSS for 3 years minimum and some of us are ex. 1.6 players)
· A chemestry unlike any other (Gaming does usally say one thing - FUN! But in eKcel we give you a 100% pure fun, gaming, structured gaming with mature people! Even though we sound as if we were from the Al-Quida Network, we actually do have our humour ;) ;))
· We have ventrilo server, match server, website (that is currently under construction and done in less then a week).
· We have a manager that take cares of all our needs!
· We are all LANable - there is nothing to discuss.
· Insane sponsors are coming up such as SteelSeries and some other companies known in the Scandinavia and private investors.

What do you need to think of when you trial for us?
A very simple question and simple answers! Talk alot - show us you can take \"pondus\" and speak up, this gives us the proof that you are 100& dedicated and have the wilth to win! Show us signs of your IQ and team play. Dont be afraid to pull a hatrick - but also keep in mind that we are systematical players (driven by rutines and what-if scenarios as well as tactics). We dont want a public hero - we want a perfect and good team player that at least can match 90% of our requierments.
