The current Rasta.MM team has been together for about 2 and a half years now. The last couple of months we have been running a line up with a couple of good mates that hasn’t really been working out , but we intend to do well with a more capable line-up. We currently have 3 players (2 rifles and an awper) that have been together for about 3 years now and potentially a 4th player that we have known for about 3 years so a stable line-up. We are currently looking for +1/2 players (awper/rifle, and a solid rifle)
Skill:
Every Tom, Dick, Harry and their dogs are high so it is hard to say without the conventional method of playing together and judging.
Lanable:
This is a must and preferably English as we intend to go to I45.
Age:
We have 3 players that will be 20 by the time we go to i45 and one that is 27. We are looking for preferably 20+ but will settle for people 18+.
Temperament:
We have players that like to take the game serious but have a good time. We don’t want people that rage but we do understand that people have a passion to win but shouting down the mic resolves nothing. We don’t like a boring evening so people that do like to have a laugh and a drink would go down well.
Activity:
We understand people have Uni/work so the schedule will be sorted when we have 5 players to work around everyone. We look to put 3-4 nights a week in.
Contribution:
We expect that people are not new to the game and have been playing for a number of years so have starts, smokes and flashes to contribute the Repertoire of strats we already have. And to have the passion and love for the game that drives a player to do well.
Experience:
We are not looking for players that have had a massive list of successful teams they have been in. We want players that are smart, experienced and will fit in well. we have players ranging back to the 1.5 days so we have a descent knowledge of the game so we would like players to do so.
