Hey im searching a good team. I've been trying to find a team that suits me.

I'm a experienced player, been playing CSS since April in 2005.
id say my skill is mid+/high.
I'm a rifler.
Im playing serious, cus i want to get better.
has a very high ambition level, because I want to be in a team practice Almost every day, and who wants to get better.
im 15 years old.
i'm online Monday - sunday, so an active related issue wouldn't be a problem.
im from sweden, but i speak very good english.

You shall be active, atleast sunday thru thursday. because i cant be bothered to trial in a team thats not active.
You shall be as serious as I do. Focus to be better, and then look what you did for mistakes if you have done any.
have VoIP such as Mumble,ts3 or Ventrilo.
A team that got ambition and be willing to become better.
Nice friendly and mature team.
A team that's got ambition to get into leagues when the team is established and organised.
I want the team to have a solid core5, and if needed some subs. i dont like rotation that much with like 6-9players.
