Hi, going to give a quick overview of the plans.

Within 2 - 3 weeks will have 3 or 4 servers depending on the interest towards a new organization, basicly we i am planning to have 1 CSS clan per European country. For example

Dan eSports.UK

There will be one position for a EU team for example

Dan eSports.EU

To be the clan for a certain country you must have 3 members who reside in the country you would require, although 5 would be prefered, however if you have subs and they are from a different country but there are more of there country than yours then you will have to join as that country.

The name of the organization is to be decided.

What positions i need filling and what i am looking for.

2 - 3 managers , if you can offer me help with financing its a big plus , and also if you speak another language e.g German + English

3 - 4 Teams to begin with, from 3 different countries that have at least 1 member who can communicate though the English language.

Team requirements.

At least 10 results with a 60 % win ratio, Also must be active in more than one league for example UNGL + ESL

Preferably either lanable in your country or european lans , or able to reach at least division 1 in esl and play at a higher level. This will be tested!

Must be able to play in cups and play from 7pm + or before is fine , exceptions are made for friday - sunday.

18+ only and not affected by parents telling you to come off the PC cin the middle of a cup match.

Keen to a point where you have a caller and you train at least 2 hours a week and play 2-4 officals a week winning at least 50%.

if it was me id spend as much time as is humanly possible getting everything perfect then launch it as soon as CSGO comes out and become the premier name in CSGO as opposed to a name (yes maybe in time a good name)in CSS

this of course is all dependent on how popular CSGO will be , but as they say ....nothing ventured nothing gained
