Team Experience: Between us we've played in quite a number of teams, from a brief time in Erratic, UCAP, SQUALL up to our latest team which was Perilous.Next who played under the Perilous organisation.
Our reason for leaving our latest team was that we're both very active and fairly keen players, who strive to reach our potential and even try to go beyond it. Yet we feel the members of Perilous.Next didn't have the same expectations and goals for the team as Connor and I had. We'd made the assumption our team were going to put the extra effort in to be active for training sessions, to be actively playing mixes and officials in the hopes of broadening our horizons and achieving goals we thought un-achievable from day 1. This became apparent when recently the caller for our team played a game and messaged CnR saying "cba, leaving team". This was the final straw in terms of patience for CnR and I. We had expectations that were not fulfilled and thus we are here ^^.
We've both played CS:S for a number of years. Personally, ive been playing since 2008, and playing competitively since mid-2009. CnR follows a similar figure and has been playing competitively since early 2010. We both have a good deal of experience, within teams and orgs alike so we're familiar with the way things run and the levels of determination needed to go beyond your boundaries and up the rankings in tournaments.
We are both LANable (with the right team) which means as long as you've a decent level of ability, in terms of aim, strats and mindset before attending the event, we'll be more than happy to play with you guys, whilst being able to have a laugh.
The app seems pretty strict in terms of what we are looking for, when to be perfectly honest, we're not solid high players, but we are players with a lot of determination, and ability to give input to teams, in terms of strats and progression in general as we’ve experienced it ourselves.
We just wanted to cover every point to avoid possible confusion in areas.
