Ok, so my friend has a multi gaming organisation. It is a new one(1 year old), but it is up and running good. http://www.infected-gaming.com/news/
What he wants, is a CSS team.
The css team should have this;
- Full team
- Some achievments to show (this is prefered, not 100% neded)
- Be active in both the game, and their website
- Be ready to go to LAN when you have proven enough.
- Be a nice bunch of lads.
They will provide you with a server (german, so make sure you can play on GER servers) a ts3 and later on LAN sponsorment.

Go in there and write a PROPER application for them, which inculeds whom you are as a team, abit about all of you as a person, and maybe your achievments, goals and such.
