Firstly, you've made yourself look so awkward. Your account CAN NOT just get hijacked. The only way someone can steal your account is if you either give them the username and password or use a fishing site. You said yourself you've been around for ages and you have 3k hours on css so I doubt you would fall for anything like that. coincidence that this happens the day someone says you have a Vac ban.
Secondly, If your account got "hijacked" this morning how come it's vac banned? Even if someone stole your account and use VAC detected hacks it wouldn't get a ban within 12 hours. Valve wait a few weeks/months to catch as many people using the hacks as possible.
You're a ****ing retard if you think people will believe this. My advice would be to delete this thread then go outside and end yourself.
