Must have decent ears, as in good listening skills
Must be able to shut up unless making a call
Good knowledge of maps - able to contribute to strats and general knowledge
Motivation to train and also to keep the teams morale up

Us
Have been solid and gained good results previously just regaining stregnth after a few minor hicups with some members.
Already have a caller and few maps nailed, working on the other maps as well
Entered into the open season, in order to get into the main season for spring, hopefully get a good division and progress fairly fast
The 3 of us in the core are fairly solid, confident in our own ability but we wont underestimate an enemy.
Got the basics , server, ts etc.
Good mates , the tone around us is as if were friends in real life, the banter is also good
