- +2 players, mature, around our age (16 - 23 preferably)
- high skilled
- for sure a caller, someone experienced, someone who'll carry us and shows us the strats etc, helps to get us to a solid high level
- patient guys, willing to stay for a long time, always willing to learn and improve

The team:
- around high skilled
- first wants to mix with each other for some time to see how it goes and if the line-up stays
- will go keen when feeling ready
- if yes, it will participate in leagues (ESL/UNGL etc)
- not available to lan in the near future, due to having players all over the europe
