Hey, back again flip sake!

Been looking for about a month for a team that I fit in with and play well with.

-18
-Northern Ireland
-6 Years experience of Source
-Decent skill, playing pretty well at the minute, so I want a team to keep this up with.
-Cant lan i45, but willing to go to i46+

Im a pretty laid back guy, just wanting to play some competitive games with a decent team. I would prefer you to only need +1 but Im willing to put out to +2 if you are a nice bunch of guys and who play well. War server and voip a must. Not too fussed on the website at the minute, but if you have one thats great.
I would preferably want a UK team.
