Basically we've been having problems finding a 5th who's stable so once again we are looking for +1. Recently one (1) of our players had to leave the team due inactive so now we are on the looking for one skilled and active player.
The lineup currently consists of skilled players:

You ?
Us:
- A stable, decently skilled CS:S team from Finland
- Friendly bunch of guys who aren’t just going to fold
- Active
- Good reputation
- Skilled players
- Gameserver, ts3, mumble, websites, lanshirts & some drinks for sponsors etc
You:
- Be keen, and willing to spend time going over strats and play atleast five (5) days a week, possibly more.
- 16-18 years old, from Finland
- Have decent aim/game knowledge.
- Can take constructive criticism
- must be able to hold your own versus decent teams.
- must be sociable, flexible and generally a nice guy.
- Lanable in finland ( Assembly, Lantrek, Insomnia, ESPC, SOlid & Bootcamp etc )
- Rifler, caller would be nice.
