Hey all,
Basically, after a few serious discussions with other management in the Distortion community, I have decided it is best that i form my own team within the organisation.
Therefore after adopting a couple of players from my old lineup, I am in the process of creating a core 5 (possibly a 6th included depending on activity) to be present in the online scene and moreover to attend LAN events such as the upcoming i46 in August.
What we can offer you
- Keen team w/ regular training/strats aimed specifically at preparation for i46
- Mature, dedicated players with experience of the game.
- An 11 slot server (Which we'll be using a lot :P)
- A channel in our organisation's Teamspeak.
- A great community with a lot of banter (a majority of which attend LAN events)
- An active team that competes in leagues
What do we want from you?
- A minimum of mid skill. I admit we aren't the best, yet I feel we provide a secure and stable foundation of which we can improve, both as a team and individual players. Basically, we need someone who is up to the mark.
- Activity
- Commitment (No clan hopping bellends)
- Able to LAN
- 16+
- Knowledge of maps
These are a general overview of what I expect from a keen player, of course we're not strict about this kind of stuff to an extent. IRL > CSS
We're not promising high skill games on a daily basis, although we are promising a committed bunch of players who want to advance their skills, both individually and as a team.
