Due to the lack of fantastic positions I've been offered in the past week of searching, I've come to the conclusion that making a new team is most likely the best thing to do. I've got my LAN ticket sorted for i46 and will attempt to attend EPIC depending on work.
What I'm looking for:
K33n players: Sunday to Thursday 6 till 10, (some exceptions are allowed such as, "my car club meets every second Wednesday of the month") and so forth.
Gamesense: If you're under 16, don't bother applying, from my experience, players under this age may have aim, but no brain, and it's not the direction I want to take. If applying, please have your brain switched on, permanently.
3 riflers and 1 awper: I don't want "I AWP but I can rifle" I want, "I'm a strong rifler happy to play anywhere", or "I'm an AWPer, where do you want me?"
Versatility: I want you to be flexible (not for sexual reasons, unless you're chaddy) but to be able to play anywhere. If I want an AWPer to play short on A, I want you to be able to do that.
Common Sense: I want you to have the ability to say "ok, last round they bought and lost, It's likely to be an eco/deco, lets sit back on the sites, and make them play for a push" I don't want people to have to be told what to do every round.
Good comms: To be able to call an enemys location and likely target, for example a mid player on D2 may call "One on short, rifle, pushing". To relay good sound information to teammates and specify a likely location
UK based LAN players: I'd very much prefer UK players with UK LAN expirience, if you don't have one of the above, don't apply please.
