About Us:-
Hey I'm Philip "Blakeee" Blakeley founder of the Conflict organisation. Conflict is an organisation that I formed back in late 2008 but due to lack of funds as I was still in college it only lasted no longer than five months, But in them five months we managed to run three teams which all did quite well in cups and leagues.
After getting back into gaming, I have decided to reform Conflict, I now have a full-time job and there is no reason for the organisation to fold due to lack of funding, I also have no intention of letting it fold for any other reason. I have decided to reform Conflict to make an active, well known organisation that is happy to give all teams a chance under the Conflict name. We have been in discussions with Game Play Servers and after consideration, They are more than happy to sponsor us, meaning your server will be hosted on our dedibox (provided by Game Play Server's). We also want to improve on what we had in the past, So we are looking forward to progressing ahead recruiting more teams in Counter Strike Source and other games with the same goal of doing as well as possible.
Conflict Gaming Organisation are looking forward to achieving many things in the future with the teams we pick. We will be looking forward to progressing as an organisation building on anything and everything to help Conflict grow as an organisation, we will be looking forward to becoming one of the well known big names in the gaming scene as an organisation, getting as many achievements along the way. Any teams within the organisation that want to lan looking to get there the highest possible finish to help get the conflict name out there as well as there own. We will be looking at our teams playing in as many leagues as possible giving their all.
We are currently looking for teams in these games:-
- Counter Strike Source (PC)
- Team Fortress 2 (PC)
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (PC)
- League of Legends (PC)
- Heroes of Newerth (PC)
- Starcraft 2 (PC)
- Will consider other PC and Console games
What we would like from our teams:-
- We are looking for teams with no more than seven members
- Active 4-5+ days a week (Also keep active on teamspeak and forums)
- Can give and take banter but know when to take the game seriously
- We don't want immature players who give it all to the opposition
- Have set training days (For new teams obviously will be something to sort with the team once you have your core sorted)
- Preferably teams with at least four members already (Will still give teams with fewer members a chance)
- Not planning to fold anytime soon
- Lan (Not a must)
- Willing to learn and improve as a team, can take losses and build on them
- Playing Leagues (Considering your not already playing leagues, we will give you 2-3 months before wanting to see you playing in leagues as we know some teams like to train and stuff first)
- Preferable 18+ (Not a must)
- We don't mind where you'r from, Just be able to speak fluent English so everyone can get involved in gathers/mixes

- Match server (Full FTP)
- 50 slot teamspeak 3 (Some Admin and own channel)
- Website that is kept up to date we will also be looking into a better site once the organisation becomes stable (Some Admin)
- Friendly members and friends always up for gathers/mixes on different games
- Active (We are on from 6/7-midnight (some days we come on at different times depending on work and other commitments)
