You said you're wanting to be at the high end of competitiveness for CSS, there isn't hardly anything left for it. You're better off moving to CS:GO, as there won't be any other competitive games coming out for a long while since PC FPS genre games are more based like console games nowadays, take for instance battlefield and call of duty series now. CS:GO is the only game that has alot of upcoming minor and major tournaments. If it's money you're after for competitiveness then move to CS:GO, if it's for fun remain in CSS but you must rephrase competitive. It's nice to see young gamers. Good luck!
