Now that two stable successful mid teams are formed under SynergyGaming CSS(Elite & Ultra), we are now looking to form a mid+/high source team to ultimately form a "first team".

What SG can offer: we can offer a hugely stable and active community that has been running close to 6 months now, a war server and a public aim server along with teamspeak3 alongside a website. Additionally mature and active managers with vast experience of the game within the organisation that insure the smooth running that has persisted throughout Synergys time in source.

The foundations are laid to welcome 4 great players into community to pair with a couple of the existing members.

What we will expect from you:

We will be expecting you to be able to play at a mid+ standard also be able to speak english to a excellent standard via voice&chat.

Able to LAN by next year.

Be active (obviously we don't expect you to not have a social life but be able to be on often for a decent amount of time each time to ensure training and mixing can take place.)

Be very mature.

Able to blend in with a community and welcome other members as we are a ever growing community.

I don't think you will get many applicants considering mid way through mixxing, when you're losing you decide to activate sv_cheats 1.

Not if you execute a full new config with new cvars with sv_cheats at the begining. The only way would be to type zb_warnings in the console. Avenged still has TS3 recording i think
