uL is right, it's a team game, if your team don't do their job and you have like one guy whos individual skill is higher than the rest then you got a carry team, teamwork makes the team, not single player skill
i dont want to say im high , but im not bad either ... Personaly i think that im somwhere between high and mid :D

A user can say his skill, but he might not be that skill anyway, best way to find out a players skill is a trial. So imo I think ''depends on team'' is a pretty good answer :D
Or at least give names of teams an what leagues/skill levels they played at?
I think that would be better than just going ''I'm this skill'
