Basically took alot of feedback (Thank you very much <3 ) spent a little bit more time and ive re-done a app clip for envy and tbh i think this is not too bad im happy with this so please enjoy :)

Much better! :) Although in my opinion its a little bright :D Also slowmo can sometimes look weird, to achieve slowmo you'll need to raise your host_framerate even higher for the shot, you'll have to completely re-record it again and stuff but it will be LOADS smoother, maybe 500fps? If you dont know how ill find a vid :)
yeah my movie cfg has set fps like binds e.g right arrow 120fps left arrow 300 fps and so on but could i record 1 whole clip with 2 types of fps? and if i could wjat would i do in vdub when i render it to avi becoz you gotta set a fps in that
nope you'd have to do them seperately as far as im aware, do like first part 120fps then when you wanna slowmo stop the recording, change the fps and then record until you wanna stop slowmo, and do what youd normally do in vdub, im sure theres a simpler way but thats all i can think of tbh
