Second one is better and simple :)

Looking good, too many colours going on for me but the idea is nice. Without knocking your team but if you're not a professional team you might want to take that out as it's misleading, especially in a logo.

Very well made but too complicated, your not making the eurovision logo for this year.

Keep it simple and tasteful.

The second logo however is much better, I would use this over the first with a few modifications to make it look more 3D.

As a professional graphics designer I would say you should work a bit more on your pen work.

I can still see errors in the logo's design on the edges and also on the gloss contour.

Despite it looking very stylish and unique, its still showing amateur messy mistakes and unnecessary sharp edges.

But keep it up!

Rowez pretty much hit the nail one the head as far as criticism can go, only other thing i would add is, you have said you are a "russian" "team" however i dont see any of the two reflected in your logo, just something to think about.
