If I was looking for promotion I would start a youtube channel and make myself recognized on big forums and run a proper website etc...
You want professional standard work you will be asked to pay in cash not promotion and advertisement, this is a career path to me, not some sort of kids game.

I've already got a designer to make my webpage + coding for free. I also found that there is many very cool guys around wanting to help out a organisation for free.

No one does anything for free, they will want something out of it, power probably the most likely of all or some sort of influence to control a section of the organisation to say they are involved in one.
Frankly anything that is free isn't always great and on top of that its accompanied by "You get what your given" Don't expect it to be good because its "free".
Secondly the branding of an organisation speaks a lot about the org itself, but if your willing to compensate for that you really must prove that there is more to the book than its cover.

I've used some money at organisations in my life. Now I dont have any money, but still want to support the community. And I'm looking for someone with the same ambitions.
The guy who makes the website owns another org, so he actually just wants to be nice.
